Effective Date: October 23, 2025 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Collection Agency LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Collection Agency provides payment management, collection services, and B2B consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to enter into these Terms and to use our services. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Fees for our services are set forth in client agreements or invoices. Payment must be made in accordance with the terms specified. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the provision of services. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collection Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Collection Agency and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate services or access to services at our discretion, with or without cause, upon notice to the client. Termination does not relieve the client from any outstanding obligations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
